Eduable pricing CSV
Schools load courses, accommodation, fees, and promotions into Eduable with a single spreadsheet: the Eduable Pricing Catalog v3 CSV. Hub uses that catalog for the course-week matrix, Products, Agent booking, and student quotes.

Operations and pricing teams who maintain school price lists in Excel or Google Sheets and need a reliable way to publish them into Eduable.
Quick start
- Download the blank Catalog v3 template or the full sample catalog.
- Fill rows using the field reference. Keep the header row unchanged.
- Follow a worked example if you are adding duration tiers, age bands, or promotions.
- In Educator Hub Overview, upload the CSV, review the import preview, and apply.
Current format
New files should use Catalog v3. It includes centre-per-row pricing, age bounds, promotions in the conditions column, and the full product vocabulary Eduable expects today.
